At ASEREJE, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
